Great food, reasonable prices, good location, helpful staff and room service.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, close to all tourist attractions and the local market. The staff really worked hard to provide us with a 5-star service, especially at the restaurant where the waiters were great. The room amenities were excellent, including air conditioning, mini-bar, electric kettle, and a comfortable sitting area. The free toiletries provided were of high quality and the electric blankets kept us warm during the chilly nights. The hotel also had Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV for our convenience.

This place is highly recommended for families.

Some rooms offer a close proximity to key sightseeing areas, and the value for money is good.

The hotel is located on a lane off the main road, so there is no particular view available.

Friendly staff and good food

During our city trip, we were impressed by the friendly staff. Everyone from the bell boy to the room service was polite and helpful. The food offered was also good. We particularly enjoyed the traditional hot tea. the location was key as we were happy to be close to all the tourist attractions.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were some aspects that needed improvement. the cleanliness of the carpet in our room could have been better.

We had a romantic escape and loved every moment. the room was cozy and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the pool was a great place to hang out and relax, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel was close to all the main attractions we wanted to see.

That the room service food wasn't the best quality. We had to send back our order once because it wasn't cooked properly.
